A “Not Enrolled” user refers to individuals who have only signed up on the Karmick Institute website but have not yet started or paid for their own course. Additionally, if a referrer’s course has not begun and they haven’t paid for it, but they refer someone else, they are considered a “Not Enrolled” user.
